At RIPPER®, every garment is made to order and undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch. As each piece is produced specifically for you, all purchases are subject to the following policy.

Refunds

RIPPER® does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be refunded after production has begun.


Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Personal preference

  • Minor variations in color caused by screen or lighting differences

All sales are final unless the product qualifies for an exchange under the conditions below.


Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You receive an incorrect size that differs from the size ordered.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

  • The product arrives with significant damage during transit.

Examples of Eligible Damage

  • Torn or ripped fabric

  • Major stitching defects that affect the garment's usability

  • Incorrect print or major print defects

  • Permanent stains present at the time of delivery

  • Missing or damaged garment components due to manufacturing

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

  • Loose threads that can be trimmed

  • Minor variations in stitching that do not affect functionality

  • Slight color differences due to photography or display settings

  • Normal fabric texture or wash variations

  • Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, improper washing, or regular wear


How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please email ripperstore.co.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Your email must include:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the package being opened and the issue clearly visible

Requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.


Returning the Product

If your exchange request is approved, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

The cost of shipping the product back to RIPPER® is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise communicated by our support team.


Inspection & Replacement

Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it to verify that it meets our exchange requirements.

If approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.

RIPPER® reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the returned product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
